ONLINE STORE PURCHASES: PICK-UP
1. Orders placed online for pick up in store, will be available for pick up during store hours or after hours for curbside pickup.
2. Orders placed close to the end of the day will be processed the next business day for pick up.
3. Orders placed during inclement weather periods, in which the store may be closed, will be processed on the next business day following the store's closure for weather. (See Facebook page - for updates on closings and openings during inclement weather.)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days - depending on when the order is placed.
We ship USPS Priority whenever possible. Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days, for destinations within the United States.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Returns can be made within 7 days of shipment for store credit or exchange only, with no exceptions. Call us for an RA number.
Ship all returns with your RA number to Mary Ann’s Dance and More, 163 B Northampton Street, Easthampton, MA 01027. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.

Pointe shoe fittings are very important to us. We take the time to educate the dance and the parents about pointe shoes, how to care for pointe shoes, the life expectancy of pointe shoes and the care of the feet before we start the fitting. We feel that it is important that you understand the entire pointe “story” before we fit.
